MACAC Awards
Gramenz Award
The Gramenz Award was instituted in 1977 in memory of William Gramenz, former Director of Admissions at the University of Michigan-Flint and Michigan ACAC President from 1975-76. This award is the highest recognition in our association and is bestowed for outstanding service to students, counseling, our profession and the association.
ACE award
MACAC's newest award recognizes MACAC members with more than five years service to the organization whose work reflects MACAC's commitment to "advocate, collaborate and educate" on behalf of students and counselors.

Rising star award
The Rising Star Award recognizes involvement and hard work by MACAC members with fewer than five years of service to the association. This award acknowledges individuals for going "above and beyond" in their commitment to MACAC.
Achievement award
The Achievement Award is presented to individuals or institutions who have established a tool, program or procedure that greatly aids in the high school to college transition.
